I can hardly believe how quickly 2025 has flown by! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our wonderful school community for your support throughout the year. Edney Primary School truly is a special place, blessed with exceptional staff and amazing students.

School Development Days 2026

• Term One – 29 Jan & 30 Jan
• Term Two – May 29
• Term 3 – July 20
• Term 4 – 13 November & 18 December

Students do not attend school on the above dates.

Class Placements 2026

Class lists for 2026 will be sent home with your child on Monday, 15 December 2025. On that day, students will spend an hour in their new classrooms, meeting their 2026 teacher.

Semester Two Reports

Student Semester Two Reports will be issued for all Kindergarten – Year 6 students on Wednesday 17 December 2025 via Connect. No printed copies will be sent from the school. Christmas Shirts

A cherished Edney tradition continues! In Week 10—the final week of school—we celebrate the festive season in style. Students are invited to swap their usual school uniform t-shirts for Christmas shirts every day. Feel free to add some fun accessories like reindeer ears, Santa or Elf hats to spread the holiday cheer!
Please remember that the rest of the school uniform must still be worn, and school hats are required whenever students are outside for play or sport.
